We have a sense of urgency for your needs and a desire to meet your deadline. We don't get involved unless we are very confident we can meet your deadline. It's simply not in our interest to make promises we can't deliver as it doesn't make for happy clients.
Typically a brokerage fee is charged at completion of the mortgage. We do this to remain independent; independent in our choice of lenders so we never consider a lender simply because they might pay us more than others, also so that we are not reliant on the need to "sell" policies. We are always happy to provide you with an initial analysis for free, in order to assess whether we can assist you. We will tell you clearly what any charges are and when they are due before you complete any paperwork.
This fee approach goes hand in hand with our desire for honesty and integrity - if you've somehow managed to find the best deal then all credit to you, we'll tell you if you have and let you get on with it.
Lastly and perhaps most importantly we rely largely on satisfied clients returning to us and also the word of mouth from these clients for further new clients. Simply put - if we don't deliver we don't survive. If we don't make clients happy then we don't get further referrals.
