James has worked in the mortgage industry since 1986 and in 1999 established Kingsway Mortgages. During this time he has completed over 4000 transactions. He currently lives in Maida Vale with his wife and daughters.
Steve Duncan

Broking since 1991, Steve has vast experience in all types of mortgages: residential; buy-to-let; off-shore; currency; lifetime; commercial; development & bridging finance. Key to his success is providing a first class service as he seeks to build long term relationships with his clients. Steve & his family live in Fulham, from where he cycles to work daily to keep fit.
Paul Stitt

Paul has been in the industry for 14 years and enjoys the challenges it presents. He has lived in London since 1991 and like, a number of his colleagues cycles to work for most of the year. As well as being a lively debater and very sociable, Paul's likes both team and individual sports. He pursues numerous other hobbies and intellectual pursuits.
Mark Gordon

Mark specialises on all residential and investment property finance and has been mortgage broking since 1989 building a wealth of experience. He has been involved with the development of Kingsway Mortgages from the start and prides himself on nothing other than premier service with his clients. Mark lives in Ealing with his family and is a very active sportsperson.

Charles has been mortgage broking for 16 years, following 25 years as a trader in the London Stock Exchange. He has been an Advanced Financial Planner since 1992. He is married with three children, all at university.
Rob Hayward

Rob has been dealing with mortgages for the last 8 years. Previous employers include Charcol and Woolwich. He was inspired to join Kingsway in May 2005 due to their professionalism and friendly enviroment. Rob lives in Clacton on Sea with Lesley, his wife and children, and likes to spend any spare time with his family.
Joanne Wellden

Joanne has been in the industry since 1988 and has gained a wealth of varied experience in sales, administration, compliance and training. She has been with Kingsway from the start and has helped build the company. Outside of work, Joanne enjoys going to the gym, time with her daughter, Megan and good food & wine!
Victor Morales

Victor has been working with Kingsway Mortgages Ltd since 2003. His technical knowledge has made him the key member of the admin team when it comes to on-line processing. Victor is also the General Insurance sales person at Kingsway Mortgages Ltd. Victor is originally from Ecuador which he likes to visit as often as he can with his wife Evelyn and son Sebastian. In his free time, he enjoys playing football and being with his family.

Emily has worked on the administration side of the mortgage industry for over 10 years and joined Kingsway 6 months after its inception. She combines working part-time at Kingsway with working even harder at home with three small children. She enjoys reading, photography and is a keen sewer but very worried that this makes her sound too boring!

Prior to working with us, Liam was in the building industry for several years before deciding upon a career change that has proved to be the best move. Liam’s on-going knowledge & experience have made him a vital member of the admin team and he is now an excellent communicator in all areas of mortgage processing. Liam enjoys travel and a good social life.
